Role Overview
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reach out to webchat prospects customers to determine suitability of our products and aid them with the completion of their order.
2. Follow a structured conversation flow to uncover the customers' needs and challenges so Cartridge People products can be positioned as a compelling solution.
3. Deliver a prompt, polite and professional service in line with our key behaviors and values.
4. Schedule call backs for our customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators.
5. Use our CRM & other systems to aid in keeping track of opportunities and measuring success and queries.
6. During any customer interaction, identify and take advantage of opportunities to upsell products to customers.
7. Manage and maintain relationships with our customers to upsell our products/future products and services through matching them to their business/personal needs.
8. Deal with inbound queries or transfer to relevant departments and update the systems with notes and any other processes that need to be followed.
9. Ensure understanding of company structure, including brands, warehouses, and fulfillment operations.
10. Maximize induction training and utilize all assets to aid in becoming successful in the role.
About the Role
Due to our continuous success, we are looking to recruit a passionate Webchat Sales Advisor to join our expanding sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the customer journey by making contact via webchat and telephone to potential customers who come onto the Cartridge People website using the webchat option. You will assist customers with product queries and direct them to the right department if a subject cannot be dealt with by us or contributes to our department goals. Through influencing and negotiating, you will be required to get customers to complete sales orders with yourself while upselling our own branded products from the Cartridge People website.

Essential Skills Required
1. Previous sales or lead generation experience, whether face to face or over the phone, both would give you a distinct advantage in the role. (Especially Webchat Sales)
2. Interacting professionally with potential customers via webchat, phone, and email to discover their business/personal needs and develop a positive relationship.
3. Working in competitive and target-driven positions.
4. Working in telesales roles where key performance indicators (KPI) determine success.
5. Working on a dialer system whereby customer interactions and volumes are determined through the systems.
6. Utilizing Microsoft Office packages to drive business efficiencies.
7. Experience of using CRM systems to capture notes and feedback from all customer interactions.
8. Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Order Manager CRM.
9. Use of PC, handphone, soft phone, booking system, online business portals.
