We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Renewable Energy Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will visit customers' homes, offering tailored solutions focusing on air source heat pumps. You will play a key role in helping customers save money on energy bills while reducing their environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-home visits to consult with potential customers.
2. Understand customers’ energy usage and recommend the best renewable solutions, focusing on air source heat pumps.
3. Confidently present the benefits of renewable energy, including cost savings and environmental impact reduction.
4. Generate and follow up on leads, converting prospects into satisfied customers.
5. Accurately complete customer documentation and maintain CRM records.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of renewable energy products, industry trends, and incentives.
7. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in-home or consultative selling.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
4. A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
5. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
