An automotive manufacturer in Bristol is seeking a Production Manager, paying up to £50,000. Your new company An automotive OEM manufacturing company based in Bristol is seeking to add a Production Manager to their established team following sustained growth within their order book. With healthy projections to 2030 and beyond, this business will provide you with medium to long term career stability. Your new role As the Production Manager, you will be managing a diverse team of supervisors and operators, spanning across a 3-shift pattern. You will be expected to support their development, hold them accountable for manufacturing output and drive KPI performance (including OEE and PPM defects). You will be expected to lead CI initiatives; delivering CapEx investment and conducting root cause analysis to improve future project delivery. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application for this Production Manager vacancy, you must have a proven track record of leading diverse teams within a manufacturing facility. In addition to this, the Production Manager role requires you to hold a six-sigma qualification. It would be highly desirable for you to have worked within a CNC environment previously, however this won't be crucial for the success of your application.
