This is an office based position and the employer may be able to offer reduced hours across a 5 day working week. Duties of the role include- Statement reconciliations. VAT Returns Processing of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits. Matching Goods Received Notes and Purchase Orders to Invoices Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed Bank Reconciliations Making all required payments to HMRC on a monthly basis for paye/nic Credit control, to ensure all accounts are paid within the agreed credit terms Preparation of monthly financial reports Credit card reconciliations Review and posting of employee expenses Experience Minimum 2 years experience in an accounts / finance role Recognised accounting or business qualification Working knowledge of SAGE or similar Ability to work on own initiative For more information on this role contact Eunice Loughran on Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
