Job Description
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department.
2. Providing leadership and support to the customer service team.
3. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Implementing customer service standards and policies.
5. Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
6. Identifying training needs and arranging appropriate training.
7. Resolving complex customer complaints or enquiries.
8. Reporting on department performance and suggesting improvements.
