What Makes This Role Special:
Clinical Excellence & Development
* Perform Schedule 3 procedures with full clinical support
* Work alongside certificate holders in a learning-focused environment
* Regular in-house training including monthly M&M rounds and CPR simulations
* Opportunity to develop special interests (surgery, ECC, imaging or more)
Typical Week Involves:
* Running nurse-led clinics (post-op checks, weight management, geriatric care)
* Performing minor surgical procedures under Schedule 3
* Managing anaesthesia for a variety of cases
* Operating advanced diagnostic equipment (CT/ultrasound)
* Coaching and supporting student nurses
* Contributing to clinical protocols and practice development
