The successful Senior Installation Engineer / Installation Supervisor / Mechanical Supervisor will lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of pump installations, ensuring they meet standards, timelines, and budgets. They will also provide training and mentorship to develop Pump Engineers skills and confidence to achieve industry best practices. Full product training provided.
The Senior Installation Engineer / Installation Supervisor / Mechanical Supervisor will ideally have proven experience in supervising pump installations, mechanical projects, expertise in water treatment processes or transferable mechanical engineering skills with relevant certifications (NVQ Level 3, CSCS Gold Card or similar)

Lead the planning and execution of pump installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Supervise and mentor installation teams, providing technical guidance and training to ensure competence and industry best practices.
Oversee pump hire and installation projects on client sites, including water treatment, fusion welding, and confined space tasks.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, site contractors, and internal departments, ensuring smooth coordination and project delivery.
Conduct detailed risk assessments, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver accurate reporting and record-keeping.
Liaise with various engineering departments.Senior Installation Engineer / Installation Supervisor / Mechanical Supervisor Requirements:
Experience as a Senior Installation Engineer, Installation Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Project Engineer or similar with pumps experience.
Proven experience in supervising pump installations or mechanical engineering projects, with a focus on water treatment processes is advantageous.
NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision, CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor), and CPCS Slinger Signaller certification is desirable.
Experience with confined spaces, fusion welding, and clean water hygiene standards.
Willingness to cover UK wide and stay away when required.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and develop on-site teams.
Full UK driving license with flexibility to travel nationwide and work away from home as required
