Sales Director - Security Services

Our partner is a national security business looking for a Sales Director to help them achieve their expansion plans. They offer a wide variety of security services which allow them to provide their customers with a 'one-stop' point of service. They have a strong foundation that will allow this role to grow the business with a focus on new customer acquisition and team growth.
Initially, we are looking for a hands-on Sales Director, someone who can lead from the front with not only strategy but also sales, build a strong team around them, and continuously work on ways to improve the partner experience with the SLT.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
5. Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
7. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to drive decision-making.
