Clerk of Works Based in Belize Travel and accommodation provided Daily food allowance provided 10 weeks based in Belize, 3 weeks back in UK, then 10 more weeks until end of project Contract Type: Contract, inside of IR35 Summary: We are seeking two proactive and diplomatic Clerks of Works to oversee a construction project in Belize. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the completion of shelters for a training establishment, which includes large open spaces, electrics, roads, and civil works. The project requires a hands-on approach to manage and support the local labour force and the appointed contractor, who is currently facing challenges in completing the project. This role involves residing in Belize for 10 weeks followed by a 3-week break, repeated over two rotations until the projects conclusion. Accommodation is provided within a shared villa, along with transport and travel coverage. The working hours are from 9 am to 4 pm, six days a week. Although security clearance is preferable, it is not mandatory.
