This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work a 4-day work week. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities Preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients Collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure the best coverage options for clients Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process Requirements: Proven experience in sales, minimum 3 years within the commercial insurance industry Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a work-from-home setting Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools What’s on Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Car allowance Flexible 4-day work week, allowing for a better work-life balance Work from home, although client visits will be required and therefore you must be based in Yorkshire.
