Client Relationship Management
Identify growth opportunities and develop strong relationships with business clients to increase sales of financial products and services.
Promote financial products tailored to clients’ financial needs, aligning with their goals and company targets.
Account Management
Oversee the efficient and effective management of multiple business accounts, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Support and supervise teams handling insurance claims, ensuring timely and compliant processing and resolution.
Financial and Administrative Duties
Perform and/or supervise general accounting duties, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
Manage administrative tasks for client accounts, coordinating across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, mitigating risks for clients and the organization.
Lead a sales team, guiding them towards achieving objectives in line with company strategy.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant industry, ideally within the financial services, payment industry, or IT services sectors.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, Google Workspace, and financial management tools. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
Language Requirement: Must demonstrate English proficiency at B1 level on the CEFR scale.
