Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Bideford
Hours: Monday - Friday 0900-1730
Contract: 3 month temporary, asap start
As our client's Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for a multitude of Finance admins tasks that will vary from Owner Payment runs to reconciliations. You will also provide further assistance around invoicing and general administration tasks within the finance department.
As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following:
* Owner payment runs.
* Month-end administration.
* Reconciliations.
* Maintaining accurate and organised financial records.
* Assist with any other accounting projects as needed.
What are we looking for?

Ideally, we're looking for:
* Strong numeracy skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Sales ledger experience would be ideal but not essential.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
