About the role:
Working on one of Hays’ largest and most established Tech RPO’s, you will have responsibility of managing and leading the employer Brand and M&A team across Leicester and Cambridge, holding a high responsibility of the teams’ outputs and delivery deadlines whilst partnering with the client’s Marketing specialists, DE&I manager, and ERG’s
Day to Day:
• You will be supporting in delivering the Sourcing Attraction Strategy, which means the creation of marketing collateral and digital assets for use in Social Media, Email Marketing, Events or Media Planning. Acting as custodians of our clients’ brands and often partner with media agencies and universities and other external avenues to promote the client’s brand and career opportunities.
• Crafting talent pools and fans of the brand with content that firmly puts our client on their radar as an employer of choice.
• Optimising client CRM platforms to create engaging and enjoyable recruitment journeys for candidates.
• Review workload and activities across EC & EH, Inc. quality checking
• Work in partnership with the EC Global Lead & EH Regional Leads to understand hiring needs and future focus across all regions
What you will need to succeed as an Employer Brand Consultant:
• Whilst an educational background in Digital Marketing is helpful to have, understanding the finer workings of social marketing or previous experience with marketing and engagement will really help us succeed in this job. Reporting is also a function of this role, so being able to collate our data into coherent reports and presentations for our clients is a requirement.
• Understanding of talent acquisition, with a background in recruitment would be advantageous
• Working autonomously whilst keeping up to date knowledge of the latest developments and trends in the digital marketing and content space, alongside a knowledge of recruitment and particularly Resourcing.
• Being confident in handling the strategic deployment of our media strategy for this high profile, global client.
Creative, multifaceted problem solvers, forward-thinking with strong problem-solving skills, who enjoys learning about new technologies and standards. Ideally, with good knowledge of industry standard tools and technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt.
