As the Facilities Manager (Shared Space) you will be responsible for a number of buildings across the University estate ensuring each is properly maintained and operated effectively in support of the University strategy. Reporting to the University Security Manager, within the Estates Department structure, you will be required to engage with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on your key tasks. You should be capable of working on your own initiative and confident in taking decisions. You must have a good awareness and demonstrable experience of adhering to relevant workplace health and safety standards and be willing to challenge poor standards in others.
