Job Title – Customer Service Advisor
Employer – Diamond Resorts (a subsidiary of Hilton Grand Vacations)
Location – Hybrid/Remote
Salary – £24,960.00 + Comp plan
Hours and shift pattern – The role requires the successful candidates to work five days over seven, 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend work on a shift/rota basis.
We are now recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor for our Head Office on the outskirts of Lancaster city centre.
What will I be doing?
Successful candidates will handle both inbound and outbound calls from members and owners, confirming reservations, making payments, securing benefits and advising on other account queries. The role requires individuals to provide excellent service and to maximise sales opportunities to drive revenue and provide a personalised service to guests.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will assist our owners, members and guests and be responsible for:
• Assisting members and owners in their requests to make reservations
• Taking payments from members
• Securing benefits for members
• Advising members on member accounts and ownership related queries
• Accessing and inputting data in necessary computer systems
Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with our members
• A good level of computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure.
Skills considered desirable but not essential.
• Call centre experience
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Escalations/complaints handling
• Email handling
• Multitasking
• Independent with the workload – pro-active with work
