Base pay range
Competitive salary, up to £35,000 & career development opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
* Provide technical support & troubleshooting for platform-related issues, achieving a 90%+ first-time resolution rate for known problems.
* Monitor system performance using tools like Grafana & Prometheus, ensuring high uptime & proactive issue resolution.
* Configure and manage Jira workflows & ITSM tools to improve service management.
* Collaborate with IT teams, developers & vendors to support system upgrades, enhancements & integrations.
* Assist with pharmaceutical/industrial robot integration, ensuring smooth automation & compliance with industry standards.
* Maintain documentation, improve processes, and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) & post-mortems.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in platform support, application support, or IT helpdesk roles.
* Hands-on experience with platform monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus).
* Strong troubleshooting skills in system diagnostics, cloud computing, APIs & integrations.
* Experience with Jira workflows, automation, & ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical/industrial robotic systems is a plus!
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have!):
* Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
* CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications
