Enterprise Account Executive
US based Identity & Access Management Software Scale Up.
First UK boots on the ground to help scale their growth in the UK territory.
* Salary: Upto around 100k base depending on experience, double OTE
* Quota: ~$1 million dollars. (3 month ramp up), FY started February 2025
* Location: UK remote - UK entity this year to be set up, likely to be London but remote flexible
* Seniority: 3-5 years of experience
Key skills you need to be considered
* You'll be an experienced Account Executive ~3-5 years experience - ideally some at an IAM vendor
* You're someone who's comfortable in a start-up environment as the first UK hire
* You'll need to be someone who's happy with freedom & responsibility in your role
* You'll be someone with channel experience/a channel network ideally - ideally you've worked at a large IAM reseller for example
What you'll be doing
You'll be growing out the UK territory as the first Enterprise Account Executive in country for this US based Identity & Access Management Scale up.
You'll be selling their solution to enterprise customers across the UK, directly at first, then helping to establish their UK channel through VAR's etc. Typical deal sizes range from around 150k to
Currently they have 1 major enterprise customer in the UK, with a significant pipeline created largely by an SDR who's been supporting who you'll work closely with.
You'll report directly to the CRO (2 hours behind UK time) who travels regularly to the UK, you'll also have additional support from engineers & multiple founders (who also travel regularly, one of which spends 2 months a year in the UK), and they already have a sales team over in the USA.

This growing US IAM scale up needs no introduction after a significant seed funding raise ~2 years ago by more than 10 investors and consistent recognition for the innovation & success among the IAM giants out there.
The UK territory is a top priority of theirs with significant investment already put in to it's development for this year, they will also be setting up a UK entity this year. The CRO and other key figures in the business will be over at Gartner's IAM conference where they'll be investing heavily ... they'd love for you to join them!
Already as it stands they still have more than half of their investment in the bank and more than enough runway for the next 2 years. They are backed by multiple founders with track records of success on more than one occasion with other businesses. Although investment & cashflow are far from a concern, they will look for another investment round likely early next year to continue to progress.
Right now there are 700 customers in production, average deal sizes of around 100-200k dollars, the largest of around 1 million. Average deal cycles typical of enterprise sales. They're at several million in revenue now, targeting 10-12 million in 2025.
