You’ll be targeted to generate new business by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and matching our services to the clients' needs. We take pride in our market knowledge, sharing our insights with clients to ensure they get the best possible return on their investment. You’ll be conducting both rental and sales valuations, advising clients on the current market, and ensuring the property is positioned correctly to achieve their goals.
You are:
* Professional, friendly and approachable
* Highly experienced in sales and performing against targets, with a proven track record
* Able to positively engage, negotiate and close deals
* Innovative, with your own ideas to maximise sales opportunities
* Organised, efficient and career-driven
* Experienced in the property industry or have an active interest in the Brighton property market
You’ll be:
* Establishing and cultivating positive client relationships
* Conducting valuations and client meetings
* Using your industry knowledge to help develop less experienced members of the team
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation skills
* Ensuring the marketing of your own portfolio is kept to a professionally presented standard
* Earning industry-recognised qualifications
* Developing business processes and streamlining procedures
Important details:
Salary: £22k – £25k Basic (OTE c£32,000 – £38,000+) + benefits + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
If using your own vehicle a trader's permit will be supplied for parking within Brighton and Hove. Petrol costs will also be reimbursed.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm, one evening calling session until 7pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm
Between 1st August and 30th September – Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 4pm
Essential: Full, clean driver's licence
