The offer services across all Fire and Security systems, however as a business they are predominately Fire systems bias by about 70%. Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator / Scheduler Communicate regularly with customers to provide status updates on ongoing jobs. Coordinate and monitor the workload of engineers across the UK. Record client requests and service calls accurately in the Simpro system. Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Generate and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors.
