Administrator Assistant/Receptionist- Part time- (Norwich)
Working hours: Part time (20 hours per week) Core hours 09:30- 15:30
Job Purpose:
To provide effective administration and reception support in the training centre.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Provide general administration support for the Centre and staff as required.
2. Respond to all incoming telephone calls, ensuring that these are answered promptly and dealt with effectively.
3. Receive all visitors to the centre, ensuring that their requirements are effectively met and creating a favourable first impression.
4. Maintain a safe and secure Centre environment and comply with all necessary policies.
5. Deal with incoming and outgoing post as delegated by the Centre Manager.
6. Assist with the booking arrangements for workshops, classrooms and meeting rooms.
7. Assist with the collation and updating of the Centre diaries.
8. Assist with the administration of the centre stationery and stock.
9. Open up and close the Centre from time to time as delegated.
10. Engage in other duties, under the discretion of the Centre Manager /Centre Administrator as necessary.
