Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Medical Secretary to join a Private Clinic situated in Chelsea. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide full secretarial and administrative support to General Practitioners.• Prepare comprehensive medical reports with accuracy and attention to detail.• Manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring seamless scheduling.• Act as the first point of contact for patients, handling queries with professionalism and care.• Liaise with external providers to manage onward referrals on an ad hoc basis.
