To manage the creation, crafting and accurately implement key changes to technical literature for the business and its customers, we’re looking for a talented individual to join the team. As Technical Literature Manager you’ll manage the application of technical content to customer literature, liaising with key stakeholders and providing consultative guidance across the business. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, or attending events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you’ll be doing: Manage the implementation of changes and ongoing management of key technical literature. Undertake quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of amendments, changes and introduction of new information. Provide technical literature consultancy and guidance to the business, including active participation in key forums. Participate in key business cycles such as product review and customer renewals. Actively participate in key business exercises such as cost expense optimisation. Build and maintain relationships with relevant teams across the business ensuring requests are triaged, managed and executed. Remove complexity from key technical literature alongside opportunities to simplify internal processes and ways of working. What you’ll bring: Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Numeracy and analytical skills. Market and strategic awareness. Highly developed attention to detail. Communication skills with the ability to influence and manage relationships. Creativity, an innovative thinker focussed on improvements to processes and delivery and working of the marketing function. Knowledge of Healthcare, PMI and provider practices. Ability to manage pressure when dealing with a number of urgent tasks. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and some experience of Adobe InDesign would be an advantage.
