Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth client conversations to identify gaps in insurance coverage and provide tailored advice, ensuring peace of mind and contingency for our clients.
2. Assist clients with everyday insurance queries and claims, ensuring the best outcomes.
3. Engage in an acquisition-focused role by networking within local communities to promote your brand as the local Life and Health adviser.
4. Train and educate your colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge.
5. Adapt quickly within a fast-paced team environment to deliver exceptional and seamless service.
What You Bring:
1. A proactive work ethic, ability to multi-task & manage your workload efficiently.
2. Preferred New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services – Level 5 with Life, Health & Disability.
3. A history of providing exceptional, value-driven service to clients.
4. The ability to recognise opportunities, adapt, innovate, and drive productivity.
5. Strong and genuine relationship-building skills with clients and business partners.
6. Knowledge on assessing financials, Life & Health products and the Life & Health industry.
7. Ability to analyse clients’ situations and identify risk gaps.
