Shift pattern: 9-5pm Wednesday to Friday, Thursday to Friday, Wednesday to Friday
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is delighted to work on behalf of a leading Public Sector Organisation to source an Executive Officer on a temporary-ongoing basis within the Infrastructure and Capital Development department based in Armagh.
The Executive Officer will work within the Financial Support area of the business stream
General Office Administrative duties will include (and are not limited to):
Checking and completion of all sales invoices as well as the creation of credit notes
Manage the receipt and coding of all income
Provide administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work of the section using the full range of IT equipment including typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, intranet, and internet facilities.
Provide advice and assistance to Education Authority officers, customers, the public and other professionals in respect of agreed aspects of the service.
To assist in the collation of factual data and statistical information from various sources to support the work identified
To prepare letters, minutes, notes, and other clerical support to officers as appropriate.
Customer service (Telephone/directly customer facing)The Successful Candidate will have:
Have a minimum of two years' experience in an office based administrative role.
