About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Registered Home Manager for a provider of retirement homes in Cumbria.
Accountabilities
1. Ensure this organisation's care home is managed to the highest standard of care and support
2. Ensure this organisation remains in compliance with CQC
3. Management of staff
4. Provide leadership to other staff members
5. Responsible for budgets, income and expenditure
6. Work closely with operations teams
7. Ensure care plans are implemented
8. Day-to-day management of the care home
9. Management of building maintenance and soft facilities such as catering
10. Recruitment and training of staff
11. Responsible for quality assurance of the care home
Candidate Requirements
1. Level 3 or above Health & Social Care
2. Experience managing a care home
3. Experience working with vulnerable, older people
4. Experience managing teams
5. Proven experience in a similar role
