As a Project Manager, you'll be based in Datchet. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing fit-out and reactive maintenance projects ranging from £20k to £700k. Reporting to the Construction Director, your role will be taking projects from appointment to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and bringing them into budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
The candidate must have substantial experience in the interiors sector, ideally with a background in trades such as joinery, drylining, suspended ceilings, general building with some M&E knowledge. You will require excellent knowledge in materials and techniques of various interior systems progressing through your career to a Project Manager position. You will be required to work not only under your own control but also as a team player. You will require excellent communication skills as the role involves close working with our client base and subcontractors and be an excellent problem solver.
* Excellent IT knowledge and skill
* Experience in Microsoft projects
* Programming
* Budget control
* Cat A & B fit-out experience
Hours of work:
* 07:30 am to 17:00 hrs (30 mins for lunch)
* The role is office/site based
* We don’t support agile working
* Own transport required
* Live within one and a half hours of the office
