About the Role
As our Contact Centre Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our Contact Centre. From leading and motivating a team of executives to optimizing customer interactions and appointments, your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of transforming lives with exceptional mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inspire and Lead: Motivate your team to achieve targets with creative incentives.
2. Drive Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service across all interactions.
3. Develop Talent: Oversee HR processes, including regular training and team development plans.
4. Monitor Performance: Analyze call data and implement improvements with telemarketers.
5. Ensure Compliance: Conduct weekly and monthly call reviews and refine training materials as needed.
6. Collaborate and Communicate: Lead workshops, team meetings, and assist with cross-product inquiries.
7. Champion Best Practices: Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

2. Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team in a Contact Centre environment.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: Full-time hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 – 17:00 / 11:00 – 19:00 (Weekly Rotating). Two weekend days per month are required.
Salary: £26,000 basic salary with OTE £31,400.
Location: Droitwich
