About The Role
At EKFB, we are committed to creating a legacy that improves lives, communities and our industry. We’re looking for individuals who want to create an inclusive and collaborative culture with innovative solutions to join our joint venture.
Our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section of works are looking to recruit a Handover and Completions Manager to join their team. This role is primarily based from site compounds and offices in the Brackley area. In order to be considered for this role, we ask that you hold a full driving license, as you will need to travel between sites regularly.
This role will see you being responsible for handover, completion and commissioning activities within the T2G area. We would expect you to collaborate with Senior Project Managers and the Project Quality team to achieve technical assurance sign off.
You'll be working closely with the Land team to develop and deliver a programme for land restoration and hand back. This role requires you to monitor readiness using a ''T minus'' approach to enable a timely and efficient handover. You will also be assisting with the technical review and closeout of the ITP quality packs. We would need you to provide weekly reports to the Project Director and our Handover and Completions Director using the SmartConnect tool.
A key part of this role is to identify blockers and issues early, suggesting solutions and enabling appropriate corrective action to be considered and taken to protect our programme delivery. We would also expect you to collaborate with our Commercial team to notify any changes to the process envisaged.
