Provide a first point of contact for all internal customer queries in regards to the procurement of goods and services across multiple Network Rail applications.

This role is in our Procurement Operations team which sits within the Route Services Commercial and Procurement function. As a Customer Service Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the entire procurement process, from supplier creation to order processing. You will provide exceptional service to our customers, supporting them with the use of the iProcurement system whilst working closely with various departments to ensure smooth procurement operations. If you are interested in furthering your career within Commercial & Procurement, you will receive detailed training and gain valuable insights to help you advance in this field.
