Job Overview
Sandal Wakefield is currently looking to recruit a Service Controller. The primary focus is to support the Service Manager in driving forward customer service levels and sales performance at their BMW and MINI Retailer on Dewsbury Road. This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Assistant Service Manager or an established Senior Service Advisor who is determined to test and prove themselves for the next step in their career with a prestige brand.
The Service Department at Sandal Wakefield is a fast-moving facility with a twenty bay Workshop, Tyre Bay, Valet Bay, and MOT facility. We are looking for a candidate to add value and contribute to the ongoing success of the company. You will be a confident professional with the ability to organise your team. By offering solutions and advice, you will maintain good levels of communication within the Sandal Group.
We will provide an in-depth training programme that will allow the successful candidate to take charge of key areas of the department, organising their staff and ensuring that our business objectives are achieved.

2. Ensuring our business potential is maximised
3. Improving Customer Satisfaction levels
4. Coaching and developing members of the Service Department
Requirements
Previous retail motor industry experience at dealership level is essential, as is a full driving licence.
