Fleet Administration Manager Beaconsfield Salary: Available on application Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Lookers VRS is recruiting for a highly organised Fleet Administration Manager to join our growing team and work alongside a team of experienced Administrators, in order to support and provide an exceptional administrative experience to our Fleet Sales team. Our Fleet Administration Manager will support the day to day running of the Fleet department with a high level of accuracy. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace while providing a first-class level of service. Oversee and support all activities in department to ensure the smooth running of the department. Manage the staff within the department as required. Oversee the department to ensure all aspects of the Admin Department are carried out correctly, for leases, monthly invoices, PCN processing, in-life vehicle administration, insurance claims, vehicles off road, out of programme vehicles, defleets, invoicing, settlements and vehicles added to HPI. Handle high level queries from Licensees and buyback dealers. To attend senior management meetings as required and present Fleet Admin information as requested. Check and Sign off supplier non vehicle invoices, e.g. excess rental invoices. Check and post used vehicle sales invoices, buyback and risk vehicles. Check and reconcile monthly VRB information from Manufacturers. Check and sign off credit notes and purchase orders, within the agreed parameters. Run reports on a monthly basis to ensure that funder details are contained on the fleet system. Produce disposal information and cash in vehicle information for Funders Produce monthly reports to include but not limited to: Funder Balances over 12 months Delivery charges Late Return/Excess Charges Accrual information Monthly Accruals for Refurb, Fines and RFL Summary of Defleets by Vehicle Class Monthly Funding Summary report for Senior Managers The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administration management role. You'll be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. It's essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude as you will be working as part of a busy team.
