The Role
You will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities by generating quality leads in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. To maintain and update information on database(s) accurately and consistently.
Main responsibilities will include:
1. Making outbound telephone calls to target audiences in a professional and polite manner including cold calling and list cleansing.
2. Ensuring targets are met and recorded.
3. Producing and maintaining diaries.
4. Chasing for outstanding information from clients.
5. Maintaining secure, efficient and accurate filing systems.
6. Supporting outbound executives with inbound leads generated through third-party opportunities.
To be successful in this role:
1. You must have previous Sales or Customer Service experience.
2. You will receive warm leads and have the opportunity to create and follow up on your own leads.
3. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Possess excellent attention to detail and be organized.
