Join our team as a Customer Service Executive and play a vital role in supporting customers through their car-buying journey. You'll ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience while maintaining high levels of satisfaction for both customers and dealers. Key Responsibilities Documentation & Processes: Check and submit finance documents and supporting information accurately. Ensure efficient handovers to the Car Collection Team. Communication: Proactively engage with customers and dealers to maintain outstanding service levels. Address and resolve any post-purchase issues. Customer Experience: Gather testimonials and photos for successful purchases to celebrate customer satisfaction. Day-to-Day Expectations Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 8 pm (rotational shifts). Weekend and Bank Holiday work is required, with time off given in the following week. Location: Office-based role due to regulatory requirements. Must-Have Skills & Attributes Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
