The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of a Research & Development in Northampton.
The Role
My Client are seeking an experienced and customer focused Credit Controller to assist in the prompt collection of the firm's debts, processing accounting data efficiently, creating reports for the management team and helping ensure clients receive a quality service in all respects.
Key Responsibilities:
The day to day duties of the Credit Controller will consist of:
1. Proactively chase customers that have not provided payment within agreed terms
2. Identify potential risks at an early stage to prevent any financial impact to the business
3. Supporting the preparation of month-end tasks and delivery of reports
4. Support the continued improvement of our credit control function
5. Management of invoicing process
Your Profile
6. Relevant experience working within a Credit Control role
7. Professional and articulate, reliable and motivated
8. Comfortable working with people at all levels within the organisation
9. Confident telephone manner
10. Methodical, organised and accurate with ability to adhere to strict deadlines
11. IT Literate with Microsoft office (including; Outlook, Excel, Word) Company
Salary and Benefits
The Salary for the role of a Credit Controller will be paying up to £26k based on experience and skill sets. This is a fulltime role in the office, Hours of work - 8.30 - 17.00 with an hours lunch, BUPA healthcare, Performance Bonus, Referral scheme and 5% Employer Pension Contribution.
