Description
As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Handle correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries.
Maintain and update databases and record systems.
Organise meetings and manage diaries.
Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
Ensure all administrative procedures are followed.
Assist with project work as required.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
A strong educational background with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Job Offer
An hourly salary of between £12.50 - £14 per hour
