Overview:
Working for an established and well-regarded recruitment consultancy, you will identify and engage clients within the Education, Training, and Charity sectors. You will expand our client portfolio and brand while identifying opportunities for new business growth and diversification.
A typical week:
1. Identify, engage & win new clients
2. Expand company presence, brand & reach
3. Engage with sector events, forums & networks
4. Work closely with Consultants to deliver success
You'll need the following:
1. 2 years B2B experience in Recruitment, Education or Training
2. Confident with LinkedIn & cold call engagement
3. Proactive & consultative sales approach
4. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
