We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our Service in Wallasey.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviours on a 1-1 basis.
* Encouraging the People We Support to take part in activities or hobbies they enjoy.
* Ensuring they maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
* Promote positive health and well-being of the people that you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life.
* Promote our value of “do with” and not “do for”.
* Completion of nightly tasks such as household duties, checking the PWS during the night.
* Support the service with the completion of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quality audits.
* Complete mandatory eLearning training and attend face-to-face training.
Who you are:

* Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
* Shifts will be x 3 10 hours per week between 10pm – 8am and will be on a rolling rota.
* Must be a driver due to service requirements.
