An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within The Hollies Residential Care Home in the Pontarddulais area as a Night Care Assistant - 20-hour post. This role supports people with complex dementia needs, whether they reside at the home or come for short-term stays.
The support of the night team, led by the Night Care Officer, is integral to effectively supporting the individuals in the home.

* You will be part of a team of both experienced and new Night Care Assistants.
* You will receive the necessary training and support to gain the relevant knowledge and skills for the role.
* A thorough and paid induction will be provided, including working alongside team members to learn about the role.
* You will receive regular supervision and guidance to support you in your new role.
* Other benefits include an excellent rate of pay with enhancements for weekend, evening, and bank holiday work, along with a generous annual leave entitlement.
* Shift patterns will be equally shared among the team, and you will have a 20-hour contract.
