Job Summary: As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end influencer campaigns for consumer-facing brands, including campaign concepting, influencer sourcing, client management, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
* Planning and booking influencers for client campaigns.
* Building relationships with clients, creators, and their agents.
* Strategically driving results for clients based on campaign KPIs and goals.
* Sourcing influencers across various social platforms.
* Building reports for clients to show campaign results.
* Collaborating with other departments on holistic social campaigns.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
* Social media native with knowledge of the influencer industry.
* Commercially minded individual with a creative and analytical mind.
* Strong communicator and team player.
* Ability to handle budgets of £50k+.
Salary: £32,000 to £37,500 DOE.
Process:
