Role: Warehouse Supervisor (Pharmaceuticals)

Working hours: 40-42 hours pw, Monday to Friday (late shift 3pm - 11pm)

This busy role is to oversee the warehouse activities, including driving a safety culture and ensuring warehouse activity meets company requirements.

What you’ll be doing?
1. Motivating and encouraging the team to ensure productivity targets and CPO are met
2. Manage team training and development to ensure internal and external accuracy figures are met and maintained
3. Provide cover for manager when required
4. Maintain best operational practices through management of SOP’s
5. Drive and improve multiskilling within the team through staff performance, training, and productivity review
6. Driving continuous improvement and implement new ideas to improve ways of working and eliminate waste
7. Conduct coaching sessions to feedback on issues and area of improvement to raise KPI awareness and drive improvements
8. Conducting 121 and return to work meetings
