Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Parkdean Resorts. As the Chief Fix-It Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our Holiday Homes, buildings, and grounds.

Responsibilities
* Plan and delegate daily workloads to your team of Maintenance Assistants and Operatives to ensure efficient completion of tasks to high standards.
* Ensure all maintenance jobs are recorded accurately on our company system and that all Health & Safety guidelines are being adhered to.
* Recruit, onboard, and mentor new Maintenance Assistants and Operatives.
* Monitor and check your team's work, focusing on continuous improvement.
* Control your budget and ensure costs are effectively managed.
* Plan, implement, and deliver winter and summer work programs of repair and maintenance.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager who can lead our team to success. You should have excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including an Annual Management Bonus scheme and up to 50% off holidays with us.
