Job Description
1. Develop and implement the quality strategy across the department.
2. Lead and manage a team to ensure top-notch quality control and assurance.
3. Collaborate with other departments to address any quality issues.
4. Maintain a strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
5. Champion the promotion of a quality-first mindset within the team.
6. Review and improve existing quality systems and processes.
7. Regularly report on quality metrics to the senior management team.
8. Lead quality audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
1. A strong educational background in Engineering & Manufacturing or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a Quality role within the FMCG manufacturing industry.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Detailed knowledge of quality assurance standards and best practices.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
