We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our innovative, energetic, and motivated team at our head office in Warrington. This role will support the marketing efforts across our Partner networks, helping to deliver campaigns that attract partners while driving engagement across our platforms. Responsibilities Assist in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand guidelines and appeals to our target customers. Support content development for newsletters and case studies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice. Collect and develop success stories to showcase the achievements of our partners. Own the marketing workflows for nurturing our prospects to achieve high engagement and support the sales team. Help coordinate events, exhibitions, and other offline promotional activities. Manage website updates and maintenance tasks, ensuring pages are current and optimised. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights for improvement. What We’re Looking For: Essential Experience: 1 years of experience in a marketing role or relevant internship. Exposure to digital and traditional marketing channels with an ability to support campaign execution. Understanding of lead generation tactics and familiarity with marketing funnels. Proficiency in using CMS and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for managing campaigns and data. Basic experience with creative tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) to assist with day-to-day design needs. Larger projects will have specialist content creators for support. Ability to monitor, analyse, and report on marketing metrics to track campaign performance. Soft Skills and Personal Attributes: Resourceful and proactive attitude to take initiative and follow through on tasks. Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. A customer-centric mindset with an understanding of audience needs. Collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Analytical thinking to understand data and suggest improvements for campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to liaise with team members and external stakeholders.
