JOB OVERVIEW
As the Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring daily operations flow seamlessly. From managing administrative tasks to coordinating office supplies and supporting different departments, your role will be essential in maintaining an efficient and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised workspace.
2. Effectively manage our general email inboxes in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
4. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
5. Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and collaborate with the Events and Projects manager on any assisted coordination required.
6. Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
7. Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
8. Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
