The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth running of our care services, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and care staff. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care delivery and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule care visits to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.
Liaise with clients and their families to assess care requirements and update care plans as necessary.
Manage and support care staff, including handling rota management, absences, and providing guidance.
Conduct spot checks, quality assurance visits, and regular reviews to maintain high standards of care.
Respond promptly to emergencies, complaints, and service changes, ensuring swift resolutions.
Maintain accurate records using our care management system -(Log my care)
Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new care staff.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about care and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role within domiciliary care.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A caring and empathetic nature with a client-focused approach.
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Proficiency in using care management software (preferred but not essential).
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
