This role requires an inspirational and experienced leader who is: Experienced in SEN/SEMH Education: Proven ability to lead or manage in an SEN/SEMH setting, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this field. Qualified and Knowledgeable: Holds QTS and relevant leadership qualifications, with strong knowledge of safeguarding, curriculum development, and OFSTED requirements. Compassionate and Resilient: Passionate about supporting vulnerable students, with a track record of fostering positive outcomes in challenging circumstances. An Effective Communicator: Skilled at building relationships with staff, students, and parents, and confident in managing teams and implementing school-wide initiatives.
