We are seeking a dedicated and proactive facilities administrator to join our in-house estates and facilities team. This is a full-time position working year-round to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the school’s estate. As facilities administrator, you will manage records, coordinate maintenance requests, and handle communications related to facilities operations. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the team functions efficiently. The successful applicant will have a background in office administration, with excellent time management skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will use your proactive and resourceful nature. The is a full-time office-based role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
