Apply today The Role Obtaining accurate meter readings from customers across the Cambridge region. Engaging with customers to ensure their billing is correct and identifying any vulnerable customers. You will represent a leading water provider that provides the highest standards of service to 1.7m customers across both South Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire. Identifying unusual consumption trends, reporting any leaks, and identifying any meters for replacement. Always maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction. Ensure all data is accurate and recorded onto our systems What You’ll Need You must have a full and valid driving license. A strong and adaptable attitude in diverse work scenarios by being flexible and responsive. Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate documentation of meter readings to a high standard. Ability to work alone and prioritise your workload. Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in fieldwork would be advantageous but not essential.
