ServiceNow Presales / Solutions Consultant - UK
My client, a leading cloud contact center platform, is expanding their EMEA organisation and looking for their first Presales person based in the UK to cover Europe.
Already very well established in the US, the EMEA presence is now fully underway with some huge deals under their belt and it's now time to GROW!
This vendor is offering something that their competition can't and so we need a Presales person who can work with a small team in the UK, with passion and energy to really make this geography fly!
Ideally you will have a few years of ServiceNow hands-on experience under your belt. You don't necessarily have to have been in a presales position prior but will need a personality that would suit meeting clients and deep diving into their issues.
From a technical perspective, you will have in depth knowledge of ServiceNow.
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with VP EMEA Sales and SDR in customer discovery sessions to understand their current state, identify key business challenges, and align the solution to meet their objectives.
* Maintain and enhance a showcase of the vendor solutions integrated with leading CRMs and Customer Service Management platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP Service Cloud).
* Design and manage initiatives that equip and support in demonstrating the value of the Contact Centre offering.
* Assist prospective customers in evaluating contact centre platforms by supporting technical RFP responses.
* Work alongside sales personnel to assess customer requirements and conduct pre-demo needs analysis.
* Deliver tailored and standardised product demonstrations to prospects and existing customers, both in person and via virtual platforms such as Zoom.
* Support prospective customers in scoping the implementation of the platform to align
* with their business needs.
* Lead the scoping and delivery of Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements with prospective clients.
You will need:
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical or customer-facing roles, ideally within a SaaS environment.
* At least 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow, either through relevant sales / pre-sales roles or via ServiceNow certifications (such as System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Application Developer, ITSM, or CSM).
* Experience in delivering tailored technical demonstrations and presenting use cases.
* Strong presentation skills, with the ability to build trust across both technical and non-technical audiences.
