Job summary The 24-hour Children's Emergency Department (CED) on our Watford site is a fast-paced and exciting place to work. Not only are we a busy Trauma Unit and proactive research participants (currently participating in multiple large national studies), we are also looking to become accredited with the National Autism Association. On top of a co-located PAU, we have two designated paediatric resus bays supporting an inclusive environment that is nurturing and encouraging of professional development. We are further expanding our team by implementing a Paediatric Charge Nurse role into our department, enhancing our already highly skilled workforce. You will be expected to support and lead staff, cohesively working within the MDT, ensuring safeguarding maintained. You will ensure to deliver care in accordance with Trust policies and protocols.
